40% of sitting MPs have criminal cases that conveniently never conclude. Charge-sheeted means disqualified until acquitted. The delay is the loophole and we're closing it.
Incite communal violence and your seat or candidacy is gone immediately. No stay, no delay, permanently barred from contesting again.
Full repeal of Section 124A. No criminal liability for criticising government, judiciary, army, or religion. A government that arrests people for questions has already answered them.
The body running our elections cannot be picked by the party benefiting from them. Replace the Cabinet Minister on the EC committee with the Chief Justice. Judiciary in, government majority out.
The PM hasn't held a single open press conference in 11 years. Mandatory quarterly press conferences — all press, no pre-submitted questions, live on Doordarshan.
The law passed in 2023. Women still hold 13.6% of seats. Implement Women's 33% reservation using 2011 data today. Male relative doing her job? Seat disqualified. Fresh election.
Full beneficial ownership of every media channel filed publicly every six months. Wrong reporting corrected in the same slot, same duration, within 48 hours.
Defection: 60 days, seat gone, 5 year ban on contesting. Defection cases go to the Election Commission, not the Speaker. You betrayed your mandate. Wait for another one.
